What would be a good price for having all four of my callipers painted? I don't want to get ripped off!

Also has anyone got any idea what colour I should use? I want blue really, so it matches the car, although I quite like red.....

Do Hammerite do a nice blue that would look good with PB?!

PS - I don't have the time, or the patience, or the knowledge to paint them myself!

Knowledge??? Just take the wheel off and get a paint brush!!! Do a few coats of paint with a bit of drying time in between and the jobs a good'en! I imagine that to get a good job done by someone else would cost quite a bit because of the time taken between coats!

Haha! I wouldn't even know how to take the wheel off!

If I lived closer to any of you, you could do them for me!

dont pay anyone to do it, it would be a waste.

all you have to do is grab that tool known as the jack. jack the car up, undo the wheel nuts and take the wheel off! clean the calipers to remove grime and grease and do 2-3 coats of hammerite paint. i have a Performance Blue ST and a Silver ST and have painted both cars red.

get ur brush ooooouuuutttt sssssooooooonnnnn

That looks great matey. Looks like I might have to do them myself then, if only to prove I can take the wheel off!

Trouble is, we've got three cars here and only two can fit in the garage. I don't think my Dad would be too pleased if his pride and joy Mazda had to stand out in the snow while I took all the space jacking the up and painting my callipers!

tell him its for saftey reasons as painted calipers help the car stop and improves braking and also reduces the amount the pad is used becuase the red paint eliminates brake dust or some crap lol... might work haha
