My Mrs has got the new shape Mk 7 Fez, anyone else got one?

I have got to book it in for a repair soon, the Warning buzzer when the lights are left on has stopped working.

Here is my question... When the car is started and you turn on the Blowers, the AC Always comes on too and is sooo annoying, is this normal with the new Fez?

i always put my a/c on- warms the car up quicker when the engine is still cold

kev that's right, my mrs one does it! Is abit annoying but does clear the windows quicker! Just have to push the button to turn it off

i will know in a couple of weeks...

but that sounds right... the facelift focus did that, when it sensed the temp was below 0 it turned the heated windows on too!

the AC will always come on when the air is directed at the windscreen

Yup even though they want fuel efficiency and all that bull, alot of new cars audis etc have it auto turned on

my aunties volvo does it also.

that doesnt sound right but it looks like it's only a matter of switch fiddling to me

My brothers 07 Suburu WRX always has the A/C come on when you start it up. It's annoying you have to turn it off after you turn your key unless it's in the manual somewhere to turn it off?

having trouble with the mrs' mk7! the radio buttons and radio controls on the steering wheel stopped working but its intermittent, does anyone know what could cause this? i.e a loose connection or something. ford wont do anything coz its working again now
