I've moved car today and unstuck the pads, no doubt in morning they will be stuck on again, takes a fair bit of power to unfree them and with a loud bang, never sounds good. Should I poor a little hot water on or a little anti freeze, could the water crack the discs, might also freeze again before I move off.

?

I sprayed anti freeze on them, leave them for a few minutes mate. then slowly ease forward and let it roll, ease backwords let it roll until the car rolls freely without any resistance.

just make sure you dont spray anything which could be a lubricant and stop your brakes from working.

Nothing freezes for me accept my Aux belt gets a bit of moisture on it so if i try to start my car it stalls
I have to start it and then give it revs for a bit to warm up. Doesn't help with the supercharger giving the extra strain lol but in all seriousness the Fiesta ST has been an amazing car in these conditions Everything for me defrosts very quickly!

Hey mate where do you spray the antifreeze (the stuff you spray on the windscreen?)? My rear wheels are frozen.

likely to be damp between pads and disc, might be worth some gentle taps with a piece of wood and a hammer and maybe little antifreeze, little warm water, be wary though you may have very poor brakes afterwards and these aren't the conditions to rewarm and dry your pads with some brakes-on whilst driving.
