I know there is a how to - but i read it after attempting fords prescribed way of changing a bulb
Hi I have a Mk6 Fiesta Zetec-s and like the ST it has the two extra bits of bumper next to the light cluster. Follow the instruction in the manual I managed to get the light cluster out by bringing the cluster forward slightly then up, changed the bulb but the problem is getting it back in.
I have tried the same in reverse but there is a internal clip that attatches the cluster to the wing of the car and when I tried to reinstall the cluster I have managed to 'ping' it off. I have ordered a new one form ford (At an expense of 40p)which i will pick up on monday, but i need to know if there is a better way of putting the cluster back nefore i do the same thing again

I know it's no help but that's exactly what I almost did yesterday, I've never been met with such a ridiculous mounting procedure in all my life. There is just no room for movement at all, it's frightening watching all sorts of plastic bending to within an inch of it's life! Bad fitting design but I managed to get there. I think the safest but probably most lengthy way is to remove the bumper, that was pretty much the only option for safe removal on my old car...

Thanks atleast its not just me i am tempted to take the car down to ford and get them to do it!

The best of all it comes under Roadside Maintanance in the handbook, I would hate to do this on a road side in a emergency!!
