its ok no worries. vicky says there's no need to activate it. She says you just say that you'vegot it with your bank if you need to call them out. Its addded to your account automatically when you upgrade it i think so you dont need to do anything. I've never had to register or anything when i got it

its alright mate. there one of the best banks i've had and have always helped me out. Its also mobile insurance, card insurance, travel insurance and some other bits as well i think

Just got AA cover (or was it RAC)

£151 for 4 of us in any vechicle, home start, and towing to any location,

Also covers us for the vans which some of them dont do
