Oh no. Thats looks nasty, and it must be especially frustrating given that it wasn't your fault either.

Any idea yet on how long it will be before you get it sorted out?

Sorry to hear that Dave, I know it's no consolation but it's only a bumper

I think your car would like to be washed to make her feel better

£550 for a new bumper
I hope you're not paying a penny towards it.

At least its not costing you anything then. Make sure they put the new bumper in properly flush though. I can't find the post at the minute but I seem to remember someone a little while back that needed their bumper replaced and found that there was a gap between it and the rest of the body when it came back.

That's awful Dave Sorry to see that happened to your car but as ppl say, at least it was "only" a bumper.

Oooohhhh yes! Thats why you ended up Super Grass!!

Yes my rear bumper actually has a broken clip but its "on" (I didnt ask & its still there so its all good! *lol*). Due to that rear corner getting dented the way it did & the bumper clip being broken, there is a weeeeny teeeny tiny gap between the bumper & the body work (v. v. v. small) so I dont think Dave will be affected the way I was (hopefully not anyway!).

Btw dave ... what IS an R driver??

**edit** found it ... http://www.fordfiestast.co.uk/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=15670&an=0&page=5#15670
