Hub to disc coversion

Hi all, just wondering if its possible to convert my rear hubs to discs, would I need fiesta ST ones or would another ford set up fit, also anyone know anyone else who has done it or has a guide to do it, thanks all

you would need to get a whole ST rear beam i think!

ooooooooooooo I dunno what would you be looking for Andrew, i dont like giving offers lol what does it consist of?, calipers, disks, brakes lines?
