ah, I don't know what to tell you guys. In my country they are making up BS like this all the time. I went thrue hell with this car and official service places. That's one of the reasons I want to service easy stuff on my own so I'm sure what I put inside and what I change.

update: I've contacted 2 official Ford service garages and both blew me off with this BS that I lost my rust warranty if I don't do yearly service at their places.
Then I called the "Ford boss" in charge in Croatia, and guess what he told me .
Tommorow I'm calling the service garage and there will be trouble .

BTW the color/laquer warranty is only 2 years like the other stuff. only the rust warranty is 12 years but all the paint/metal work needs to be done in official Ford services.
