i have a mk6 fiesta zetec 1.6 with has the same engine as the 1.6 zetec-s
engine i am looking to do some engine mods soon just need some help to deside wot works best on the engine i.e air filters,ecu upgardes etc to free up a bit more bhp

Welcome Duckies. I have to say (after doing it myself and talking with other ST & Ford owners) the best & easiest way of getting some extra bhp is to change the air filter (with a performance panel filter or induction kit) and the exhaust. I've done just that and have an extra 20bhp because of it.
