Anyone good any tips on removing the front lower grille?

I managed to get the middle bit out but not the whole unit (the surrounding bit)

It seems like there a clips around it but I also have like a rubber splitter/valance under the bumper that is like clipped/stapled on to it. any ideas?

Remove the rubber valance and it just unclips

Is the valance easy to get back on?

Yeah just clips straight back in mate piece of piss
