Hi all, does anyone know it's ever been attempted to fix a ST badge to the front grille on the ST? (Similar to the Audi Quattro's) I was wondering if its been done and whether it looks any good or not?

If anyone has tried this or knows whether it looks good/crap please let me know as I can picture it looking quite significant.

They sell those on www.torquesteer.co.uk (also with a pic of it attached to the car). I think it looks good and lets people know it's an ST your driving and not a Z-S. Hope that helps.

Cracking, cheers mate. I see on that site that there are two types (or are they the same) one is simply a ST rear tailgate badge but then further down the page there is a Front Grille ST badge, i'm guessing they are the same but just wondered as a smaller than standard size would look better.

I agree there isn't that much from the front that tells people its an ST as apposed to a Zetec S.

How much are ST badges from a dealer?

i have done it aswell, my badge is on the grill next to the ford badge, it does set the car of lovely aswell. and very simple to do.

The ones on torque steer are smaller, i think a normal one would look too big

SCOTT1 - do you happen to have any piccies of this? i am very interested in doing it but woudl like to know what it looks like first.

try http://www.fordpartsuk.com for the badges, they are very slightly cheaper than some dealerships.

Otherwise just buy it direct fro your local dealership.

I surfed in to torquesteer to get myself an ST badge but including shipping it would set me back £40 (which would, imo, not be worth it)!
