Just reversed my shiney ST into a low rise wall!! - that was actually taking up half of a parking bay.. .. Luckily the Metal Tow Hoop on the back bumber took the full grunt of it. Bloody Wall, who's idea was it to put it there?!!!

It always makes u feel really angry with yourself when you do things like this, but its just one of those things... i hope there is no damage, the bumpers can take quite a bit of a beating.

Chin up, cars still on the road, ur unhurt, all you have to think really...

Yeah, it's never fun doing things like that. I happened to reverse a hire car into a post last night in Brighton.....but the scuff was so teeny i was able to rub most of it off. Don't tell Enterprise Rentals though!!

Supprising how clean rental cars go back after we've bashed them up and have to polish over the bad bits

It is one of those unfortunate things, but at least it sounds like theres been little if any damage here. The bumpers are quite good on the ST - a few months back I did the opposite of you and drove slightly too eagerly into a parking bay and hit the front bumper against the wall, fortunately despite the nasty sound I heard there was no damage done at all, hope its the same in your case.
