I can stay for some of Sunday afternoon as well, currently trying to work out a supplier visit up there for Monday morning, in that case I'll stay Sunday night & charge that most of the weekends expenses to the company

Just waiting for ChrisSussex to sort out accommodation.

Correct, there is one just on the outskirts of Whitehaven at Howgate, so thats always an option for people if they are struggling to find somewhere.

TBH I'm a little surprised as well that they've gone for that, especially given the Whitehaven ones closer to m-sport as well. I'm not sure which one exactly they've gone for since theres three travel inns in carlisle, all fairly close to the M6, but unless its the northern one in Kingstown (so a little way out) then should take a litle less than that to travel - unless its busy it takes me about 50 mins to an hour to get to Warwick Road in Carlisle (which is where one of the other travel inns is at).

It was MrSussex, he made me book there, it's the travel lodge on the M6 services (Southwaite), I'll look into rebooking now, is Travel Ins Whithaven Howgate the closest?

Arr I know where you mean now. Yep, the Howgate is closer. Its just 12 miles from M-sport and obviously its right outside Whitehaven which is where we shall be meeting up on the Sunday.

Excellent Gareth!

It will make things easier if everyones stopping fairly close together, and also for when people convoy for the journey, so thanks m8.

It's no problem Nick, it was easier to book all the rooms at the same time, especially as ChrisS won't be online for a few days.
