don't worry i'll sort dates soon i've been given a few ideas for a meet which is fairly accessa\ble for everyone when i get back from work later i'll post up what i have got.

Any speedway fans in this group? Season starts again shortly so could always meet up at lakeside for dinner and catch the Lakeside hammers after? They normally ride at home on Friday eves or at the start of June they have a Knockout cup match on a Saturday?

Cardiff GP is end of August. Average attendance is around the 40,000 Mark. Well worth going.

OMG! I LOVE speedway! Been going for like 20 years, although I follow the Stoke Potters mostly. But been wanting to get to Petberborough as my local team. I go to the Cardiff GP every year and went to the World Cup at King's Lynn last summer

Did you go to the world cup 2 years ago at kings Lynn when we beat the Aussies? Fantastic night out that one, altho I did blow my head gasket on the journey home I'm quite lucky, I'm more or less central to Ipswich, Lakeside and Rye House so plenty of choice we should get a Cardiff meet going as well now for this summer, should get some interest.

Cardiff GP meet would be great. I know the city really well as went to uni there too

My days out in Cardiff are normally a pub crawl round my favourite watering holes sort something for then closer to the time

Shall we get a new thread going then? This one seems to have wandered a bit. As were coming into summer weather (fingers crossed) then we could look at a proper day out somewhere? also from what I remember of Essex members on here I think I can say were mostly south Essex so maybe do a collaboration of Essex, Kent and London members. Gives potential for a big (ger) meet. Not that I'm excluding anyone else if any Cornish or Scottish members want to join in
