anyone know where i can get the part to fix my seats , they wont go forward

can you still see the cable?
It's a little metal cylinder tube at the top connected to a cable that runs through the seat

If you cant or it's broken then it's a pricey job by all accounts!
If you're lucky just the plastic top handles are broken? they're about £20 each to replace (replaced mine last month thanks to my clumsy sister)

yeah the cables fine , av got a bit of string to pull tht up as a temp replacement , its the black plastic handle that has came off and I think the plastic handle holder thing has as crack in it aswell ?

Yeah that's what happened to mine!
Just go to ford and ask them for a replacement- mine cost about £20 and wasn't too hard to fit
