Hi there,

Spec can be found HERE , although it's not the most powerful car in it's class it's such a joy to drive.

EDIT: As for hands on experience, I'm sure other members will help you out more as I'm awaiting delivery of mine.

How would they fare VS a 155whp Starlet GT on 1/4m? Say I was to drag a ST with 4-2-1 mani, decat and S/S exhaust..

in answer to your qyuestion though the ST will probably have a similar power to your starlet, it just depends how much they weigh and how well they put the power down

Do you have any 1/4 mile times you've done. There's a few people on here who went to Santa Pod recently, they would be able to give you a fair comparison.

IMO the Starlet would win, as it must be at least 200KG lighter than the . What does your car weigh?

By WHP, do you mean HP measured at the wheels?

Performance is all I worry about, If I wanted style Id buy a COrsa or a Saxo which have thousands of kits available.. I didnt even realise these were 2.0, thoguht they were only 1.6's.. Not alot of power for a 2.0 with 150hp at flywheel consdering it around 1250/1500 KGS...

There nice looking cars standard IMO, but for that kind of ££ I would spend wisely, LOL..

So what sort of power you rekon the guy is running with the mods I mentioned above?

whp = wheel horse power & not flywheel, you cant work with flywheel power unless engine out and on engine dyno + my RR guy only deals with At the wheels figures.. Starlet roughly 900KGS inc myself in the car. Im unknown as too what torque figure is.

I can't see it been more than 160, not sure that anyone has got a decat on here, but ppl with other exhaust mods havent noticed a huge difference

The is more of a drivers car, real world performance.
If all you're interested in is 1/4 mile times then the wasn't designed for that. If you're after a blast along some country lanes then the will put a HUGE smile on your face.

I think with those mods it's probably about 170-180bhp.
