I tried to get my car booked into for a mountune mp165 upgrade about 5 weeks ago and was told some CAIS parts were out of stock, and will be in within 2 weeks. 5 weeks later and I am still mountuneless
Been checking the website literally every day and calling mountune 2 times a week. Eventually I thought I'd give evans halshaw blackpool a call to see if they knew something I didn't but they had the same reply. Apparently mountune are waiting on a small metal/alloy fitting bracket or something, but without that the kit won't be ford approved and so they can't supply it (even though you could buy/make your own bracket). So the wait continues. Was told they're expecting them some time this week...but they say that every week. I even considered just getting the equivalent puma speed kit fitted which appears cheaper, but doesn't include the full sports exhaust and that adds on another £200...so prices are the same-ish. So I'll just wait.
Anyway whilst on the phone to evans halshaw blackpool, they said they had 2 other fiesta STs booked in/waiting for mp165 upgrades like mine. So I was wondering could it be anyone on here whos getting it done as well?
