When you remove the rubber cap on the back of the headlight, there is a metal clip that holds the headlight in place. I'm sure on my Golf you just lifted it up and across but in the Fiesta I can't get it off. Quote:
Changing Headlight bulbs:
Tools required
Flathead screwdriver 10mm Spanner
Passenger bulb can be changed easily without any hassle
The process required to change the driver side bulb is as follows:
1. Remove the hex head screw using the 10mm spanner that is holding the engine coolant reservoir down.
2. Use the flat head screwdriver to gently prise the reservoir off the lug located at the back of the reservoir
3. Put the reservoir gently to one side making sure not to damage or disconnect any hoses
4. Remove plastic cap on the back of the headlight
5. Pell the electrical connector off the back of the bulb (Push gently onto the bulb to ease process)
6. Unclip retaining mechanism holding bulb in headlight.
7. Remove bulb making sure not to tough glass if bulbs are to be re used.
8. Replace bulbs with new.
9. To replace indicator bulbs turn plastic cap above headlight bulb and remove.
10. Change bulb
11. Refix plastic cap making sure to turn and lock into position.
12. Re assemble by following the above process in reverse
Hope this helps
Matt
