Stuck in a rut with the same routine?
Get out with friends more? Little trip to the cinema might help?

if you don't follow a routine in life then your find your fall into a mellow down and depressive mood.

without purpose or anything to keep the brain active enough the brain shuts down into a vegetable state of mind, close to hibernation.

if your stuck indoors all day its very easily to start feeling down, getting up earlier or having some form of routine helps a lot trust me.

i used to work nights and slipped into a bit of a depression which i didn't even know i had as those may remember i made a post in the members section earlier this year about it.

Thankfully it was caught by my doctor before it got worse, the weird thing about it i didn't know i was suffering from a mild case of depression and it's something that you can very easily slip into and not so easy to get out of.

Its called Seasonal Affective Disorder. They reckon the full blown variant affects 7% of the UK population every year over Winter (November to March ish), but up to 17% of people on top of the 7% suffer mild symptoms, and its pretty much exactly whats been detailed here:

Down and depressed
Less interested in doing things or delaying doing things
Loss of libido
Over eating
Waking up in the night
Waking up too early
More tired than usual, heavy limbs, aching muscles or headaches
Stomach problems, sweating, cramps, having to urinate frequently, dry mouth, sighing, heart palpitations, hyperventilating
Feeling tense, irritable, worrying too much about little things
Thoughts or speech are slow
Fidgety, restless, hard to concentrate
Paranoid and suspicious

Allegedly (although I suffer mildly I haven't tried the treatment yet), these: http://www.maplin.co.uk/sad-light-box-226759 help greatly.
