Please tell me this is the right place to drain the oil.





As I drain a fair bit and it doesn't seem to have gone down at all. I'm really worried now that I've been driving around for two months with WAY TOO MUCH oil lol. Or I've just drained fluids from somewhere else and it isn't the engine oil rofl.

Please help asap and I need to drive the motor lol.

Would I know if any damage has occured, would it be obvious? Or will it just bite me in the ass 6 months down the road?

I unscrewed this big black bolt from STash's photo. It required a 13mm socket to undo.

i thought the engine drain plug is infront of the driveshaft?

from that pic, it looks to be the right one i think

yeahs thats the right one gearbox is further back infact too be honest no idea what it would look like or even if there is one lol.

Phew, yeh. I took the oil to a garage and they confirmed it was engine oil I'd drained. I've warmed the car up just need to check the levels now as I've drained a fair bit!

I did!

It's only about 4-5mm over now but will drain a little more tomorrow.
