Just wondered if anyone could let me know how to remove the plastics around the air vents inside the car, and also the ring around the bottom of the gear stick, as I want to paint them, fit in with colour scheme of the car

Ring around the gear stick should just pull upwards not sure about the air vents though

The vents just pull out. You need to give them a good rig but they should come straight out!

I found the driver side and passeneger side very stiff to pull out when i done mine...id suggest carefully with a flat head screw driver behind the vent and carefully prise it out if u get the same prob...the dash is quite spongy so dont worry! Middle ones pull straight out with ease!

As for gear ring small thin flat head screwdriver the actual silver but pops out! Dont take the whole black plastic bit out with it!
