Burn4 Site Supporter Registered: 25/05/10 Posts: 8576 Loc: Birmingham, England	Practise drumming loads more- rinse it next year at least 2 hours a day/ 12 hours a week (one day off) and the standard losing weight which won't happen Oh and be a bit bolder- instead of thinking everything through for hours before acting on it _________________________ My ST Mods
