There's no way that one from the Sun was written by someone who's driven it - it rabbits on about stuff that you get from the photos and spec sheet. Also I like the list of alternatives - they are all £1k+ more expensive!!

The honest John article sounds more like he has driven it - shame what he notes about the ratios, the same problem was true on the Sport KA. Other than that it certainly sounds promising though.

How many 25-30 year old ex-boy racers now running Jags do you know of? If the Clio 182 sells then surely a better built Fiesta has just the same chance. I must admit though, the ST is quite a niche product but not as much as he seems to think - there are a lot of enthusiasts out there! Makes you think though - if it's a slightly niche product then what would the Fiesta RS of been if it hadn't been dropped? I'm sure that was probably part of the reasoning.
