How much power/torque would I lose on average?

Sports cats are too much money, would rather spend that on other things!

So if I was to lose my decat out of my 4-2-1/decat/non resonated system what would i lose in power?

Decat can be as much as 10bhp I think so it would be slightly noticeable. Just save and get the sports cat they're great

I saw 10bhp increase with a remap and sports cat added to an existing system that had a standard cat. Sports cat is probably roughly mid way between standard and decat...

Would this work?

I want something I can change over quite easily myself if possible

Sports cat shouldn't lose power compared to decat, at least that's what i've been told

I'm guessing not, as it says not legal on vehicles after 2001...

I might just stick my standard cat on!

It's a lot of effort I don't like that most of the sports cats are more than the cat backs!

A sport cat is cheaper than a standard cat (I presume you still have the standard cat though)

Just depends on your effort of swapping it over or finding an MOT friendly place

Of course there is a loss of power from a sports cat, it's a restriction over a decat, not as big as the standard cat, but still a restriction
