I would love to work for him, Pay me £8Million don't even have to work a full season then give me a huge pay off (at least £12Million) for not hitting targets. Sounds like an ideal job to me haha!

The thing is, he hasn't done a good job, but whoever comes in isn't going to find it easy. The side they've got now has aged collectively and will need dismantled and a new squad assembled. Problem is, Abramovich won't have the patience to allow this. The next manager to be successful at Chelsea will probably be the one who comes in after the one who puts together a new side gets sacked.

The manager situation is becoming a joke at Chelsea. Success cannot be bought overnight. It takes years to establish a good team with a good manager. Shame about his departure - he was very easy on the eye
