anyone else have these numbers reappear after reading the article when you log in again? ive had some replies to articles pop up continously for almost a week now. do always try and log out between my phone, laptop and work comp so guessing its not that

Mark everything as read once you've read all the posts on the forum, and it should stop the problem.

Mark all read clears them but they still come back (for me at least)
I always log out every time but this does not help always

I remember once someone saying clear your cookies

Every time i reply to a post and return to the list of threads it comes up bold as thought i haven't read it. Been doing it for aaaages now so got used to it

Just to throw a spanner in the works, i NEVER log out so dont think that has any effect coz I dont get this problem at all.....

ill just put up with it then if i have no luck, not exactly a big problem

I never log out and I still get this problem but I know the problem threads now and just avoid them

Seems weird how it affects some of us and not others..........

Example would be goodyears post in the euro car thread. Every single time Ive logged in since then it's flashing as an unread comment. Not a big problem, just wondered if I were doing anything wrong.

I think it just glitches for some reason. Even clearing the cookies and history doesn't make a difference

I mostly get it with posts that I have last replied to.
