Off my car you weirdos

I need to remove:

The black strips in the roof
The bonnet
If possible the boot

Does anyone know the easiest way to go about it? Any guides? I will hopefully have a helper...or two

Any professionals out here that do no use hammers and crowbars on their cars?

I'd like to be able to put them back on afterwards!
