That looked like a fantastic weekend, thanks for all the great pics and very comprehensive write up (I am still unsure what that ginger reference is about though!)

Don't worry it was a joke we had at the time. I had to note it down as it was one of many very funny on going jokes, along with many animal references.

I'm glad you enjoyed reading the post. Hope it gives you an idea of what it was like.

I do appoligise for using my camera so much but its always worth it as when you get back you have more images to remember everything that happened.

I'm really glad to hear you enjoyed it Amanda, it's a shame you had to work or you could have spent more time with us.

Thanks for the comment on the pictures, I try my best to get everyone good shots and I think they have come out really well.

If anyone would like the big versions of any of the pictures above then please let me know and i'll send them to you.

Here's some more for you Amanda, enjoy

P.s I enjoyed my cheese and onion pasty, even if I was the last to finish (again)

Scott, noooo, you can never have too many pictures of things.

Chris, yes the scenery is totally brilliant, with roads to match it all!

Well its had that sign on for some time so hopefully it will stay for some time to come. It has been that colour for years, and has become a kind of landmark to me in a strange way - it just looks so sureal seeing a house that colour in that setting.

Well think I should add that on that Sunday I enjoyed my meat and potato pie, once I'd finally got to order it after ChrisS spent about 2 hours debating what he was going to get!!

Just to fill everyone in. Chris S has a problem with large menu's due to the amount of choice they can give. One meal we managed after about 30mins to get him down to 2 meals and then Sheridan flipped a coin and chose for him thankfully.

We went to an italian resteraunt and the menu was absolutley massive, but the choice wasn't the problem here. Chris wanted the pizza with 3 cheese toppings and it wasn't there so he didn't want to eat there (we went in and they were fully booked anyway).

I'm just a slow eater, get used to it lol.

Yep and IIRC didn't it go down to best of three since the coin landed the wrong way to start with?!

What you're not saying there is that when you say it was a rally event, you're not talking about the visit to m-sport you're on about the drives on Friday and Saturday afternoon!
