Tread mill, with O2 mask on, incline of 12% with a 30kg weight back pack on. Walk/jog for 35mins with fluctuating oxygen levels. It wasn't in any way fun. lol

Sounds tough but your lungs will be tip top, just imagine what kind of cardio you're gonna be able to do when your not at altitude with all this training
