as some of you know i am going to the Nurburgring next month...

as far as i can find i need the following

a numberplate or sticker displaying GB
high vis for everyone in the car
a warning triangle
full set of bulbs
recovery cover
breathalysers for france
light beam stickers

anything else anyone can think?

I remember reading somewhere that you aren't aloud a sat nav in France that shows speed camera locations. Don't know if you are planning on taking a sat nav though?

i have been looking on the AA website, there is a huge list of things they say you should take but only 2 things are compulsory and they are both only in france

breathalizers and a high viz but the breathalizers apparently are not in force till november

on the AA website it says november but for french cars july :S im getting them anyway

It's the 1st of July for breathalysers but they will not be issuing fines before November for not carrying one, also

"A fire extinguisher and first aid kit could also be required in the case of an emergency so not to fall foul of a law about assisting in the event of an accident."

Oh, and don't forget to drive on the right (wrong) side of the road
