Ok so the water pump went last week , this is a common problem so you have to except it & the garage i use only charged me £100 to do with ford parts .
So not alot on today so she suggested we go shopping , i stayed at home the last time , wish i'd done the same today . Coming back across the carpark when notice a car backing out of the space behind me , then for some reason i think as that tosser just backed into me , run over to the car & just to see him fly out of the carpark & i'm left to rue this . Not really bad but

Sorry to see this, especially with them not stopping. Is it worth reporting to the police? I'm not sure what the law is on whether it's still an offence to leave the scene of an accident if it's on private land.

Someone hit my mirror today when I was parked, bent it right back and the glass fell out, no note and no sign of the driver, some people have no consideration for others

Lets face it guys.

If someone can't judge distances, because they are s**te drivers, and bumps your car in any way and think they havn't been seen, they will surely drive off rather than leaving details for paying out £'s

OAP's who passed their test 40 years ago, (When there were hardly any cars on the road), and NEVER had an eye test since NEEDS to be a Compulsory test surely

Hi Ive been looking into this because our works car park has been rented off to another company as if there wasn't enough cars on there already ,how I would stand if one of them hit my car and drove off. (I assume this applies to Asda ,B&Q etc)
From what I have read if someone can enter the property from the public highway unapposed ie no locked gate or security guard etc its not private land and if some one backs into your car the insurance deems it their fault. Perhaps some one could shed some more light on this.
Saying that I think it would be an uphill struggle trying to claim.
