I manage to do my own mate and im pretty much useless when it comes to things like this, its simple mate. There's a thread on here somewhere, there's a screw in each of the fog surrounds undo them and mine basically fell of in my hand. Front lower grille is a bit of a bigger, load of clips underneathe and ontop I used a long flat head screw driver to push em all down, upper grill same again, rear reflectors apperantly there screwed in but I just pushed mine from back of the bumper and the popped out just push the clips in again and I did.t do my rear diffuser as I got a fin'd one but that just looked like 4 screws underneath I think.
Then just take your time cleaning and sanding I did 3 layers primer and 4 coAts of gloss black with 3 layers of laqer.
