Hey people
Well after a fantastic day at ford fair yesterday I jumped in my car to go to boring work, started her up and the powertrain light came on. Straight away I could tell the engine was t running right coz of the horrid noise. I turned the car off straight away because I was worried
I have researched this issue,I've saw that something may need updating to a battery issue
I've drove to and from work and the light isnt their :-/ but the car sounds and runs fine
Any of you experienced this?

Thanks guys

Was someone trying to make her fly home

Definitely been a couple people on here with similar symptoms to that, not sure if there was ever a conclusion tho

Don't get brave lol I was going a steady 70 all the way
Yeah this light has baffled me,the car drives fine now the light has gone.
Hopefully the fault left a code in the memory so ford might be able to find out

Fezs throw up weird and wonderful codes from time to time that disappear with a magical twist of the key.

I wouldn 't worry about it unless the cars running rough, can always have it checked for peace of mind though.

Mine did it a couple of weeks ago but had an engine system failure message on the dash.

Diagnosed it myself as the throttle body - no DTC codes logged at all.
