Is there likely to be much (if any) difference in Power Gain / Loss between a resonated and non resonated centre section of a Milltek cat-back?

Thinking of getting a non resonated centre section as mine isn't disturbing the peace anymore

Straight through pipe or a pipe with some holes and sound deadening?

I was resonated for a week and then went non-resonated and now wake up every dog in my street Definately non-resonated!

Just to double check, it's literally just a straight swap isn't it? A couple of bolts?

This would therefore do the trick, right?

Can be a bit annoying with non-resonated if you're gonna drive a long trip. Had a non resonated system on my old v6 sierra. Awesome sound when I was driving smaller trips, but annoying for longer drives. The person that stopped me in an roadcontrol was not impressed with the sound either :P So had to show the car at the roadstation with papers stating the noise level. Well over 100 db :P

Yeah and they also said you pass an MOT with a sports cat. And that a between a sports cat and a decat you lose no power. I don't believe any of these claims.

No, they claim you lose little power between a sports cat and decat. A couple of brake I'd heard.

A decat is obviously better but it's an MOT failure...
