I'm just about set to start working out at home again, but my goal is to gain weight, not lose it

Thanks Darren!

Good luck with the weight gain Duff

i want to lose 20kg+
going to join a gym this week or next

Good luck Duff & Stevie, if you guys need any pointers, you know where I am

cheers Rob,

I may need pointers later but first things first, just doing some exercise...

i know i know...

anytime mate

Starting today, weighing 77.0kg (at 1.89m)

Wonder how much i can gain by the Fast Show

I've lost 9lbs in a month whilst travelling and I haven't been eating too healthily. Being active makes such a difference.

that's what counts, getting off the sofa and moving!!

That's good going Steph!! Well done

It sure does! I felt guilty for driving for the first time in a month today

Gotta start eating more healthy and getting in better shape.

Planning on starting eating better when I start my new job in 2 weeks.

Should lose a few pounds being more active as I going from working in a little tesco express to managing a 40,000 sq ft warehouse.

nice one bexx and steph bex i could tell when i saw you at bluewater, you look great!

I joined a gym last week, got my induction on friday, abit nervous, but i cant wait

It will be awesome! You can join me on a half marathon at the end of a year - lol!!!
