Since I last posted in here I joined weightwatchers and I've lost 16lbs in six weeks I find it fits in great with my lifestyle and I'm eating so well, incorporating nuts spinach and lots of fruit and veg, things I never really ate much if before, I always used to just sort of starve myself I've also been discharged from fortnightly physio for my knees and allowed back in the gym but only on bike and cross trainer for now, been swimming three times a week for the last month and I feel fantastic my skin is looking really healthy I've had compliments on it and also had the new guy at work tell me he thought I was mid 30s and quite shocked to hear I will be 45 this summer - gotta look reem in the convertible now ain't I? Ha ha

I had my induction yesterday and I was nervous all day, but I absolutely loved it, can't believe I didn't join a gym sooner and I feel good for it, off again this morning

Just got back did 1 hour 15 on bike, got off and couldn't even walk straight hahah

Hour and 15....... Bloody good effort that, expect to be aching tomo/Monday

I got a Spin class booked for Monday morning, gonna get down before and do an hour
