At the moment we do due to Bexx getting used to the equipment but won't do all the time, we are gonna be working towards different goals

Good session this afternoon, gym was dead, great time to go (12:30)

An effective cardio and core session, half hour X-Trainer legs only, shoulder press, lateral raises and bicep curls kneeling on a 65cm Fit Ball plus lower abs
