Is there a maximum amount of photos you can put on a thread without having to putting on separate posts? I just did a massive write up of nurburgring trip and photos and it crashed, I want to cry it took me ages!!!!!!!!!

I hate when that happens. I don't think that there is a limit to how many photos you can add to a post but sometimes the site does throw a hissy fit.
The best way to make long posts is do them in notepad so you can keep saving it.
Then copy and paste into the comment box

It's done that on me before too... I thought I was told at the time there was a limit... thought that may have been the time I tried doing my project thread over on -

Well I didn't even press submit post it just went mental, and I did it all on my phone which takes twice as long, I can't be bothered to do it all again, I kept reading it over loads to make sure it made sense and was all right then BOOM!!

I was told on another forum 9 photos I think then u would have to get someone to reply thennu could post another 9 may not apply here though x

I wanted to put it just as one post so u didn't have people replying before I had finished it

Just put nine then put to be continued so don't post ha ha

There isn't a limit on how many photos you can do - some of the write-ups and project threads literally have a few hundred photos in one post, and even your average post in the forecourt will have more than nine photos - but the best thing is to do it when you're on your PC and do what Micky said and keep it pasted inside a word document before you submit just in case you have any probs.
