I have the Bluetooth & voice control & it's stopped working. The mode button on the remote stalk now only controls the audio features so the voice control has completly gone. Has anyone else had problems with there's? It seems like it has been disconected somwhere. There's nothing loose behind the glovebox where the unit is that I can see & the Bluetooth setting is set to on. I have a standard setup & nothing has been touched on it. It was working perfectly before. Any ideas before I go back to the dealer, thanks.
I had EXACTLY the same problem and took it to the garage to be fixed. Got a phone call within 2 hours saying i could pick it up. Must just be a simple fault.

This happened to mine...it went into the dealer for another fault and when I picked it up and drove off found it not working.... went straight back and they got the electronics tech to look at whilst I waited, he took my phone too and then came back saying he had need to give the system a reset and that cleared the fault.

Watch out when ford reset the system, they did this twice with my engine light coming on, In the end they looked at it and needed a new cat. If it goes again get straight back to them and make sure they do fix it not just clear the fault code.

Went to the dealer & was told it is a known fault that they could'nt fix & they're waiting for a software update from Ford. So I had a look at it myself & got it working again It's working ok at the moment.

They're going to ring me as soon as they have the update so will let you know when I get it done. When I picked mine up 1st March my dealer did'nt have any of the Bluetooth manuals either but got the quick start leaflet & the full manual in the post a week later.
