I asked them to change it three days ago, but I think they're a bit slow.

should be able to login and do it yourself?

i found firefox wont let me log in i had to use another browser

I don't have a problem logging in, but the problem is that any changes need to be approved by an admin on there.

Oh didn't realise that. They are slow when I dome mine took them ages to reset my password.

Ranks by hits in we are top
Ranks by hits out we are second

Not that I understand what they exactly mean???

The stats on this thing make no sense what so ever. It reads as if we've had 6 views.

Unique PVs Total PVs Unique In Total In Unique Out Total Out
Overall 0 0 6 9 6 8

I believe thats only views triggered from their site, so I assume that's probably right!

Adam hits in is people that have clicked through the banner that they generated for you.

Hits out are people that have accessed the site from there site.

Page views I'm not 100% sure but the other two are correct

Oh that's a shame, I thought it would work with page views to our site from anywhere. So it would allow us to see how many unique visitors we get in total each day on average compared to all the other ford sites.

It's basically relying on people to visit that site and then come to ours then. Not sure how useful that is?

For it to work properly and so you can vote for this site someone needs to add the banner to the site somewhere so you can click through to the site an vote.
