my headlights dont adjust anymore when using the switch on the dash, anyway to adjust them manually as i can only see about 1ft in front of me, ford want £150 for a new light

Most of the time it's just the motor in the headlight unit. It's a piece of cake to repair, and cost around 50 euro each.

It can be that yours are just stuck. Try to adjust the lights with the switch and while you turn the switch just hit your headlight units with your hand. Sometimes they will function after that.
