picked up a set of these morning from euro car parts, how the hell do you use the universal fitting on them?? the website says it replaces the hook fitting but i cant for the life of me see how the bloody thing fits

Think you've got the wrong ones there mate, mine looked the same as in the picture Jack posted. I seem to remember there are two types for the flat style blade on the ECP website.

There are :

Bosch Wiper Blade (Left) Flat Wiper Blade Exact Fit Single AM16U
Bosch Wiper Blade (Right) Flat Wiper Blade Exact Fit Single AM22U

The correct ones (or at least the ones I got were):

Bosch Wiper Blade (Left) Flat Wiper Blade Upgrade 16 Inch
Bosch Wiper Blade (Flat Wiper Blade Upgrade 22 Inch)

It's the RetroFit Flat Blade Upgrades you are looking for, not the exact fit.

Just got back from ECP with the 'upgrade' blades and they fit perfectly

I've upgraded to these blades, they are so much better than the old design, highly recommended!

You upgraded ur rear blade as well? That's next for me, want an aero blade for that as well if possible.

I upgraded mine, got one from a clio I think it was, got it off ebay

Yeah I've seen those smooth ones on eBay which are fine, but I want one with the aero blade if possible, sure I've seen one somewhere

I know the one you mean, not a fan of them myself they look a bit stupid I think
