Just looked a bit of info about it. It has a 505cc engine pushing out a massive 21bhp!!!

It weighs under 400kg and will struggle even to reach 60mph. Designed for towns and villages, oh and for mocking!

Arrr no wander it didn't pull onto the Fast 70mph Dualcarrageways which are just at the bottom of that road
