I'm currently auditing at the place where they make the Ferodo brake pads - Federal-Mogul in Chapel-en-le-frith.

Sat here right now.

Just thought i'd add that I went on a tour of the factory too. The site I was at mainly make the OEM pads for the likes of Audi, etc and the aftermarket's are made in the Czech Republic at a place called Kostelek.

Wasn't particularly exciting but the machine they had for testing the railroad brakes was pretty impressive. It can even recreate the normal braking conditions on certain railtracks such as the mainline or weird windy tracks, etc.
