Don't know how far PDR can go, no ones given him a big break yet....

Kimi is unlikely to go to RB, think they are too clinical, don't think they could tame him

Jean Eric Vergne or Daniel Ricciardo may be looked at, may be the youngster they're after

Hamilton was very impressive in qualifying today! So was Paul Di Resta
The crowd at Silverstone were so happy!

Excellent race! Not boring at all, a lot of action happening all over the place
Well done to Rosberg winning (although he was maybe being penalised for the yellow flag incident but he escaped it).
Hamilton put on a good show too, the crowd was going wild for him

Great Race
was pleased when the git retired, sounded like the crowd liked it too.
Shame for hamilton with the tyre, he would have won otherwise I think

Definitely wasn't a boring race, but definitely a race ruined by tyres again. Not so much strategy this time, but those delaminations were totally dangerous and Pirelli have some questions to answer.

On the FOM feed you heard Vettels car with transmission issues and as soon as he was slowing down the crowd cheering was amazing.

Having said that - some to note:

Very well done to Webber to get through the pack in the last 10 laps, drove like a total animal after the safety car period - will definitely miss him next year.
Di-Resta - starting from the back of the grid to come an overall 9th was a smashing effort in the Force India, and the wheel to wheel racing with Hamilton was just about the best bit of racing I've seen between two drivers all season so far.
Hamilton - what can I say? Pole, to stone dead last, then back to 4th throughout the race. No matter what people's opinions of him, he's a fantastic driver.
Vettel - glad he retired - it's just getting so boring to see him take off down the road with ever increasing gap times to the car behind, it was good to curb his lead so now the championship looks wide open again.

Lets hope Pirelli sort this tyre fiasco once and for all - they are systematically destroying F1 at the moment.

Loved the race, action and overtaking all over the place........

Seeing it live gives a different perspective completely, that Red Bull is staggering going thru Becketts and the noise of the McLarens is awesome!!

Mr consistent Alonso was stunning as usual, dragging what is an inferior car onto the podium again, he's the bollox

Roll on Germany next weekend

i couldnt believe it when hamiltons tyre went after 8 laps and then they kept going, and then most of the others having the same symptoms of their tyres about to blow.

pirelli are going to ruin F1 this season if they dont sort this out, or they are going to kill or badly injure someone, the tyre that exploded on perez's car right in front of alonso that could have been a very different story if alonso was planning a move down the outside of perez and not the inside.

was a cracking race though, but dont forget the only reason we had proper racing was cause everyone changed tyres in the safety car periods and then they didnt have to worry about their tyres going off so could push 100% instead of the 70% they normally push as they are always managing tyres
