Mine came through late last year and were very painful but not needed to have them taken out.

well im back home
nothing bad really, just waiting for the local anaesthetic to wear off to see how much pain im in.

injections were fine, only one up top actually hurt
assistant injected the two at the bottom im having out, then started to prepare the operation stuff so i said 'you'll inject the top one later then?' then her reply 'oh yeah you're having that one out too'

it was just a bit of pulling. no pain at all
think he had to break the teeth into pieces to get them out though

in 6 weeks i can go again to get the other side done, yippee
