I’ve had the mountune exhaust fitted for some time now and despite cleaning it every other day it’s starting to get those dark spots on it.. not too sure if this is just natural oxidation or crap from the road???

I do like a nice shiny tail pipe....

Can anybody recommend a good product for cleaning the stainless exhaust

Either of these are great:

Auto finesse mercury
Autosol
Megs metal polish

Also use with some 00 fine grade wire wool

Think I'll have to get myself some autosol sounds like good stuff.

Nothing worse then getting ur car looking gleaming and the exhaust letting it down.

Manage to use the Autosol this weekend, did not have a great deal of time to detail but I think the result are fantastic..great recommendation Rob

Also I removed the thin metal part on the center caps..so no more creases as this is a common issue with the design..

A picture of the car at work just after having the MP165

The center caps have a thin metal like cover, don't know if anyone has noticed but the center caps become warped over time..this is normally from regular removal i.e cleaning, taking the wheels off etc.

The pic shows (left with...right without)

The plastic doesn't warp like the metal thats why i took them off.
