Would a offset of 40 with 20.5mm rear and 15mm front spacers rub???

my wheels were ET40, I had no spacers and they came right out flush to the arch at the rear and even slightly out of the arch at the front.
i think with an offset of 40 AND spacers, the wheels are gonna be out of the arches.
