I use the forum on my iPad and on my phone, but it doesn't seem to be that iPad/iPhone friendly. Aka the text is very small as a lot of the screen is used up with avatars on the left and sig images? My thought is, is the any way to have an iPad/iPhone alternative? Also how come the forum doesn't show up on forum apps such as tapatalk? If anyone knows an iPad/iPhone forum app let me know Cheers Cooper

If the forum supports it, tapatalk would be great - unfortunately people don't see the benefits of Tapatalk and the idea never gets pursued. Tapatalk is a much easier way of navigating the forums on mobile devices, and the server plugin is free so I can't see any downsides. If the forum backend doesn't support it though, a mobile theme would be a good alternative (based on browser user agent - if you're on a phone you automatically get the mobile theme. Mobile touchscreen devices are rapidly taking over as the main way people access the Internet and needs considering

the last attempt died out so this will no doubt go same way. After using it for couple months on the Mountune owners club I can definitely say mobile browsing is better on it, plus seeings u don't have to use it if u dont want to then no one loses out

I have been thinking about moving the software onto this site but will need a vote first. The previous died a death.

i think its time, everyone who did vote (against) have left/moved on, i also voted against, but i think the time has come

So I've been trying Tapatalk on my Daytona forum as they have made an app via iTunes that meant I didn't have to pay for the Tapatalk app if you follow me First impressions are mixed tbh, it makes finding things hard as the forum is now just a list which looks crap but the Unread section is good. Replying is now quicker really, just use quick reply on here and the way pics are imbedded over there mean you have to click the small thumbnail to see them properly. I'll stick at for a bit longer and see how it goes but it kinda loses the forum 'feel' if you know what I mean Thought I'd post my views

I don't post very much any more but I do still read in the background at what is going on. I'd like the new software but try to keep the look as similar as possible. I'm not a fan of the look of ST-RS and find it hard to use.
