I reckon DMB really need to expand and take on some more staff temp for the show season or something. They must be absolutely raking it in but whenever you see them at the shows, they always have a tiny little old looking marquee with a couple of people crammed in it. Crowd of people all trying to fight their way to the front to buy stuff. A month for stuff to be made isn't ideal at all, people will just go elsewhere.

if they get up and running again soon then go DMB, they are excellent.

Poor customer service.......

The first couple times you send custom jobs through can take a while but after that its quite quick. The last custom batch I ordered was emailed through on a Saturday afternoon and I had them by end of the week, That's faultless service! Tempted to say that with the custom work they like to have a genuine customer

I have been waiting 2 weeks now and had a email yesturday saying they are ready and will be sent out today,but he did say there will be about a 2 week wait (so bang on really) due to moving house and he has no Internet
